Nagarkot Sunrise Tour Itinerary

Nagarkot is the nearest hill station to Kathmandu which offers spectacular sunrise views. If you are lucky and if the weather is clear, you might view the Himalayan range to the north of this village, which includes the Langtang, Ganesh Himal and Annapurna range. This tour also offers an overview of the authentic village culture and lifestyle around this valley.

  • Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Nagarkot (2175m) and Changunarayan Hike (2:30 hrs) Hiking. On the way back to kathmandu, visit Cultural City of Bhaktapur.

    Early in the morning, our crew (Guide & Diver) will pick you up from your hotel. Guide will brief you about the itinerary shortly and Drive to Nagarkot along with the Bhaktapur (ancient city), Countryside, Rice and Muster Field from Kathmandu. It takes just one and a Half an Hour to reach the views point of Nagarkot(2175m), where discovered picturesque Himalayan ranges with mesmerizing sunrise views. 

    Afterwards, We began 2.30 hours of easy hiking from Telkot to Changunarayan along with the Village and Jungle. a short visit to the Changunarayan Temple (The Oldest Temple of Valley and UNESCO World Heritage Sites), Finished your lunch at Changunarayan and Same way drives back to Kathmandu from Changunarayan. After the tour, we talk about your experiences, keep feedback and review your trip.

    The drive is scenic with the green valley views and the fabulous Himalayas. Nagarkot is a hill station at 2195 m is a popular destination of its kind to capture the great Himalayan vista of all the glistening snowy peaks and it is where day hike to Changunaraya. we drive back from Changunarayan to kathmandu via Bhaktapur.
